We are starting with the 1st group of 15 2020 players with 5 spaces for last quarter 2019 & 15 spaces for 2021 with 5 spaces for last quarter 2020.
A new age group is added each year as the programme grows. -
Yes. E.v.E. is open to any high-potential player regardless of gender.
-
The programme runs over two to four years depending on the age your child joins. We ask for consistent attendance at all three weekly sessions. In return, once a player achieves a place we will work with them for the duration of the programme, provided they also commit. This is a development journey, not drop-in coaching.
-
Yes. They can attend academy sessions in addition to the three weekly E.v.E. sessions. We will work with and support attendance at academy sessions alongside the E.v.E. commitment.
-
We work with academies, not against them. If a club shows serious interest in your child, we will help facilitate that conversation and support the transition. We will also give informed advice on what academy to trial or join based on what we believe is best for your child's development.
-
Yes. E.v.E. is an alternative to the grassroots boys and girls club pathway for high-potential players. Your child trains and plays through E.v.E. instead of a traditional club, but still has access to academy opportunities.
-
Trials are game-based with coached elements. We assess technical ability, movement, coordination, and how your child responds to coaching.
-
We will be honest about where your child is at and what they could work on. Alternative sessions are available for continued development.
-
Football is the vehicle, but the programme develops the whole child. We build resilience, social skills, confidence, courage, and the ability to handle pressure. Every part of the programme, from the coaching to the game formats to the parent education, is designed with how young people think, feel, and develop in mind. We develop young footballers, not just football skills.
